Upon 90 days of successful coaching, you will receive $1.00 pay raise.
After that days if you a successful coach for an additional 60 days, you are entitled to a 0.50 cent pay raise.
Upon being a successful coach for 2 years total, you are entitled to a pay raise up to $15.00 an hour.
